Pale Oat Malt gives creamy mouth feel helps add body to any Gluten Free Beer. Pale Oat Malt will self convert at mash temps around 150f. Also helps with Haze in Hazy IPA and NEIPA. Melt in your mouth starch with a sweet warm finish. Also great for an Oatmeal Stout.
The hulls are thicker than barley and aid in filtration and lautering. Recommended use up to 100% of grist.
