Caramel 30L Oats are roasted to a deeper darker level for a more intense Caramel Oat experience.
Caramel Oat Malt gives creamy mouth feel slight color and toasty granola flavor. Like Pale Oat Malt, Caramel Oats help add body to any Gluten Free Beer. Also helps with Haze in Hazy IPA and NEIPA. Melt in your mouth starch with a sweet warm finish. Also great for an Oatmeal Stout. The hulls are thicker than barley and aid in filtration and lautering. Recommended use up to 40% of grist.
