Oats have long been a “weird one“ for Celiacs. Oats are naturally Gluten Free. The problem arises because often Oats are grown in fields that rotate wheat or other gluten grain. Oats are also frequently processed in the same facilities as gluten grains. Bot of these factors can lead to contamination of the oats. Now, when grown in dedicated GF fields and handled properly oats can be Safely Gluten Free and enjoyed by many Celiacs and those who are Gluten intolerant. To help ensure the safety of the oats we are selling  the malt house uses a certified source for the oats and follows a rigorous cleaning regimen. They keep all the gluten free grains separate and in dedicated bins.  We are testing all malts for gluten in house before sending them to any customers.
