Corn Malt is great in Blond Ale, Cream Ale, American Pilsner, Chicha or any gluten free beer. Recommended use up to 25% of grist. Like all gluten free malts, Corn does not contain significant enzymes for conversion so an exogenous enzyme is recommended.
